How long does a cardboard cat scratcher last?

The lifespan of a cardboard cat scratcher depends on how often it's used, how many cats are using it, and how enthusiastic they are about scratching. In our experience, a high quality corrugated cardboard scratcher will last anywhere from 4 to 12 months. A single indoor cat that scratches occasionally may use the same scratcher for many months, while multiple cats or particularly active scratchers will wear it out more quickly.
What's the difference between corrugated cardboard, sisal rope and jute rope scratching surfaces?

Yes, all of our products are sold with a 6 month warranty, this covers manufacturer faults, it does not cover wear and tear or damage from use of the product. If a product is faulty, we provide a returns label.

How much does shipping cost, where do you deliver to, and when can I expect my delivery?

Shipping is free to UK mainland addresses, this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Shipping generally takes 2-3 working days. In some circumstances there may be factors outside of our control that delays that shipping time.
