Shipping, product warranty and returns policies explained.

Are these products sold with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products are sold with a 6 month warranty, this covers manufacturer faults, it does not cover wear and tear or damage from use of the product. If a product is faulty, we provide a returns label.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a returns process, email us at contact@petfuffle.co.uk, and one of our fantastic team members will guide you through the process. You can read our full refund policy here.
How much does shipping cost, where do you deliver to, and when can I expect my delivery?

Shipping is free to UK mainland addresses, this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Shipping generally takes 2-3 working days.
